Apple UK: Samsung did not copy the design of its products

Apple is in the UK to address the local High Court of Justice, as it was agreed, posted on its website a message , with a link from the home page, that such products are Samsung, like Galaxy Tab 10.1, Tab 8.9 and Tab 7.7 not violate the registered design from Apple at number 0000181607-0001.

Recall that the decision is in force in all the European Union and the fear was upheld by the decision of the Court of Appeals 18 October 2012.
