Nexus 4 has a working LTE radio in it

Yes, LG Nexus 4 has a working LTE radio in it. We just confirmed it working on the TELUS LTE network.

Highest speed we were able to get was 25 Mbits down and 19 Mbits up.

Since TELUS has the same LTE band 4 (1700/2100MHz) as Bell and Rogers, this means the Nexus 4's LTE will probably work on those carriers too.

UPDATE: AT&T has only rolled out LTE on Band 17 so far, so this won't work on AT&T.
