Google Maps application is available again in the App Store

Google announced that its Google Maps app for iOS back in the App Store . Recall, some time ago it was replaced by a custom application Apple Maps, which appeared with the release of iOS 6. However, the program Apple was unfinished and has caused a number of problems for users up to the wrong orientation on the terrain, and then Tim Cook had to send customers a letter of apology.

Now the owners of mobile devices based on iOS again can use the Google Maps, which includes not only maps, but also navigation, including voice guidance and traffic information. The developers also noted in the new Google Maps for iOS, the presence of panoramas (type locality at 360 degrees) and control with gestures. The updated program is available on the Google Maps iPhone, iPod touch and iPad running iOS 5.1 or higher in more than 40 countries and in 29 languages, including Russian.
