'Eye Pause' and 'Eye Scroll': new features for the Samsung Galaxy S4?

Look, that's what's interesting: I got a tip from someone who knows these things that Samsung has to capture two concepts that may be associated with new features that we will soon in the Galaxy S4 will encounter. The names - Eye and Eye Pause Scroll - speak nicely to the imagination, and fit perfectly for me in the street that Samsung last year struck with features like Smart and Stay Smart Rotate.
