[PORT] Xperia JB Lockscreen for ICS

Works on all ICS roms which supports ICS xperia lockscreen.

Uses approximately 15 MB RAM and unfortunately no swipeable notifications.

Don't try to install - put to system/app, set right permissions and reboot.
