RuSat: Satellite Internet to the mass market

Connecting corporate clients to the new services will take the sales department "RuSat." Private Client "RuSat" organizes through its partner in the project - the company "Rainbow-Internet", as well as through an extensive dealer network and regional offices.

The operator estimates that during the first year of service to it will connect up to 460 users per month, and then the number of connected subscribers will increase to 700 a month. Thus, the year the total number of users of the service will be KiteNet 5300 subscribers, and in three years - 20 000. Index ARPU per month (including corporate users) should be 2,000 rubles. Planned payback period - three years.

The new service is based on the satellite "Yamal-402" and will be available to subscribers throughout Russia, the corresponding satellite coverage area. In the future, "RuSat" plans to maximize coverage and services for this purpose has a number of pre-arrangements with leading foreign satellite operators. In addition, one of the company's long-term goals is to promote a new brand in the European market.
