This release is really minimal.
It can flash, extract system.sin to ext4 and kernel.sin to elf. It can unpack elf. It can decrypt blob_fs files from PCC / SEUS / Emma
When flashing, you cannot exclude/include sin files. This release cannot create bundles too.
