Sony α58 - a new digital camera with translucent mirror technology

Sony has introduced its new color cameras with translucent mirror technology - SLT-A58, whose core is an entirely new CMOS (CMOS) matrix Exmor APS HD with an effective resolution of 20.1 megapixel (approx.).

As the manufacturer, coupled with advanced BIONZ image processor it can take photos with a high level of detail, low noise, as well as Full HD video, allowing a wide ISO sensitivity range from 100 to 16,000.

Model α58 - the first Sony camera with interchangeable lens mount A (A-mount), which supports the new technology «TRILUMINOS Colour», designed to force the user to see a significantly expanded palette of vibrant, lifelike colors when playing back the pictures and videos on any TV screen with BRAVIA function «TRILUMINOS Display».

Sony α58 with interchangeable lenses and a translucent mirror technology will be available in Russia from April 2013.
