Explay releases a new flagship smartphone - Explay HD

Explay company unveiled its new flagship smartphone that supports two SIM cards - Explay HD, running an operating system Android 4.1 Jelly Bean and equipped with a 5-inch IPS screen resolution of 1280x720, dual-core processor, 1 GB of RAM and 4 GB internal and 8 MP camera.
