Save with "SMS-length" from the "Beeline"

Operator "VimpelCom" reported that from 15 March 2013 to all subscribers of "Beeline" (at least, in the Moscow region), the new service will be available to communicate with friends - "SMS-dialogue." According to the company, using the service, subscribers will be able to benefit to communicate with those with whom they communicate more often, without thinking about the number of SMS. The operator promised to elaborate on the conditions for granting the new service in the near future.
