Intel Clover Trail Powered Lenovo Ideaphone K900 On Sale Starts From May 6th


At the CES 2013 in January, Lenovo unveiled the Ideaphone K900 also known as the Lenovo K900 which is the first Intel Clover Trail powered smartphone. This device has been approved by the local authorities by the end of last month, March. After a month, the North Carolina based company announces that the Lenovo K900 on sale starts from May 6th.

Lenovo Ideaphone K900 is powered by 2GHz Intel Clover Trail processor and 2GB of RAM. It has a 5.5-inch display with 1920 x 1080 pixels and 440+ ppi. Basically, the device on par with the Samsung Galaxy S4, HTC One, Sony Xperia Z and LG Optimus G Pro in term of display resolution. The display size of 5.5-inch is similar like the LG Optimus G Pro and larger than other three devices.

Lenovo Ideaphone K900 runs on the latest Android 4.2 Jelly Bean. It has the Wireless Display feature where users can play the contents from the device directly to the television without any wire connectivity. The camera of Lenovo Ideaphone K900 is a 13-megapixels. It features the Sony Exmor RS lens that same with the Sony Xperia Z. So you can expect the photo quality is definitely better than others available in the market.

Lenovo is yet to unveil the price of the 6.9mm thick Lenovo Ideaphone K900. Every mystery will be solved on May 6th in China. No news yet whether this “benchmark king” is heading to the western markets.
