Huawei Showcases Industry-leading eLTE Solutions at Interop Las Vegas


Huawei, a leading global information and communications technology (ICT) solutions provider, showcases its eLTE Broadband Access solution and eLTE Broadband Trunking solution at Interop 2013, demonstrating the innovative eLTE solutions to an international audience. The solutions, which feature ubiquitous mobile network access and massive data transmission capabilities, can improve overall productivity and enhance efficiency for enterprise customers across multiple key industries, including oil and gas fields, mining, energy, large enterprises, power and electricity and others.
Huawei has developed these latest products in its cutting-edge enterprise portfolio with a deep understanding of customers’ needs, and extensive experience in wireless communications technologies across the enterprise market. At this years’ Interop, Huawei showcases the eLTE broadband access and broadband trunking solutions through a series of onsite live demonstrations and consultations with its team of technical experts. Visitors are invited to learn more about the technical capabilities of these solutions, and how implementation of them can bring value to customers in multiple scenarios.

Featuring broadband, fast transmission and wide coverage capabilities, Huawei’s eLTE Broadband Access solution meets customers’ needs in a variety of application scenarios. It supports downlink speed up to 100Mbps and uplink speed of 50Mbps, to address enterprises’ demands for real-time data exchange services which require large bandwidth, such as video transmission, remote data acquisition and multimedia broadcasting.
Customized features are also available within this product line. For instance, for the transport sector, Huawei adopts a series of key technologies, such as a unique antenna design, Random Access Channel (RACH) detection and Automatic Frequency Correction (AFC), to ensure reliable broadband coverage in high-speed scenarios. Currently, the Huawei eLTE Broadband Access solution is the world’s only mobile broadband solution which has been verified for its stable performance on maglev trains at a speed of up to 430km/h. For the energy industry that requires broadband coverage between long distances, the Huawei eLTE solution can provide ultra-wide network coverage of up to 103 km.
Huawei’s eLTE Broadband Trunking solution is the industry’s first professional broadband trunking solution. It offers efficient voice and video dispatching, flexible support for multiple frequency bands, agile network establishment, and strong capabilities to operate in harsh environments.
Huawei showcases the eLTE Broadband Trunking Isolated Site Operation (ISO) solution at the 2013 Interop events. The solution provides high-quality voice trunking, video and data services on a single network, and supports visual dispatch. Taking up little space, all the equipment of the ISO solution can fit into two draw-bar boxes, achieving fast and flexible site set-up and deployment.
