Nokia launches Trade-up program for your old phone in exchange for a brand new Nokia Lumia (US Only)

If you are reading this from US, Nokia has made it a whole lot easier for you to get your hands-on a new Nokia Lumia. Now you can trade-up your old boring phone for a brand spanking new Nokia Lumia 928, Nokia Lumia 925, or the Nokia Lumia 920 through Nokia's Trade-Up program.

The Trade-Up program allows US consumers to get a Visa prepaid card worth up to $300 towards a new Nokia Lumia smartphone.

So how exactly does this work? It's quite simple!

- First, determine the trade value of your current phone. An iPhone 4S will fetch you up to $250, $210 for a Samsung Galaxy S3 or $250 for an HTC One.

- Buy the Nokia Lumia smartphone of your choice.

- Send the old phone to Nokia along with proof of purchase for your new Nokia Lumia.

- Nokia will send you your Visa prepaid card.
