Qualcomm introduced Snapdragon quad-core processor with support for 400 WP8 and LTE
Qualcomm has introduced a version of the Snapdragon chipset 400, which is different original and full support for standard networks LTE. As reported, the platform is fully compatible with the operating systems Android and Windows Phone, which means that this is the first quad-core platform for the mobile operating system from Microsoft. Thus the market corrected the situation in which all smartphones running Windows Phone compelled were limited in the number of processor cores and performance. In addition, the new product from Qualcomm has several other advantages, supporting wireless standard 802.11ac, which until now was only available in smartphones HTC One and Samsung Galaxy S4. Other standards supported include HSPA +, TD-SCDMA, Bluetooth, FM and NFC. Snapdragon chipset 400 includes a quad-core Cortex-A7 processor with a clock speed of 1.2 GHz.
