MTS and the Union of Cinematographers of Russia announced the launch of a program to support talented children

The telecommunications operator MTS, with the support of the Union of Cinematographers of the Russian Federation announced the launch of the International Programme for the Development of gifted children, which includes master classes and seminars on elocution and acting in regions of Russia and Ukraine. The first series of workshops with the participation of the leading movie actors and theatrical figures of Russia and Ukraine, MTS will hold in the international children's film festival "Red Sails Artek".

Opening the support of gifted children will be held in the framework of the International Children's Film Festival "Scarlet Sails Artek", which will be held from 3 to 10 July 2013 at the legendary site of International Children's Center "Artek". During the festival, young boys and girls will be able to attend master classes from MTS, non-commercial partnership promoting children's cinema "Kinogrom" and the leading Russian and foreign directors, actors and theater: Natalia Gvozdikova, Yuri Chernov, Yegor SALNIKOVA Marina Yakovleva and Sergei Nikolayev.

The festival is also organized a competition MTS mobile film, giving everybody an opportunity to try their hand as operators, directors and screenwriters and make a short film on the eternal theme of human values ​​"Give good." The Jury, consisting of well-known actors, directors and cameramen will select the best works, and winners will receive prizes from the MTS. The top three short films shot on a mobile phone , will be shown at the close of the festival.
