From the DevRel Stash Round #2: Even more devices

We said we'd be back with more, so here are the new devices merged in today.

Nook HD+ (ovation)

Samsung:
Verizon Note LTE (i925)

All three devices have 10.1 and 10.2 branches created in our Github.
