NSN positioned in the “Leaders” quadrant of the Magic Quadrant for LTE

Evaluation based on completeness of vision and ability to execute

Nokia Solutions and Networks, a leading provider of mobile broadband solutions, announced that it has been positioned by Gartner, Inc. in the “Leaders” quadrant of the “Magic Quadrant for LTE Network Infrastructure 2013”.*

For the second consecutive year, NSN is positioned in the “Leaders” quadrant after an evaluation of the company’s product development and innovation, financial performance, and customer references.

“We believe this year’s Magic Quadrant shows that NSN is among the three global network suppliers best positioned to support a mobile operator’s future in LTE and TD-LTE as well as LTE-Advanced,” said Marc Rouanne, head of mobile broadband at NSN. “We feel our position in the “Leaders” quadrant by Gartner is further confirmation that our strategy to focus on mobile broadband has taken a foothold in this highly competitive market.”

As of today, NSN has 89 commercial references for the delivery of LTE with leading customers in advanced mobile broadband markets such as Northern Europe, Japan, South Korea and the United States.
