NVIDIA Tegra Tab Leaks, 7-inch Tegra 4 Tablet With 5MP Camera
Two days ago, we reported that the first manufacturer of Tegra 4 tablet in China is the Shenzhen Homecare Technology. The same company had confirmed that it is indeed working on Tegra 4 tablet and will announce it in the near future. Finally, the Tegra 4 tablet has been unveiled – the Tegra Tab from NVIDIA.
From the leaked image above, the Tegra Tab is likely to feature a seven inch display but the resolution remains unknown. The Tegra 4 tablet is made from PC and ABS materials as you can see the words “Tegra Tab” in the middle of its back cover. The back cover of the Tegra Tab isn’t flat as it has a specific design that will provide better grip to the device.
One of the leaked images did reveal that the Tegra Tab has rear-facing camera, USB port, 3.5mm audio jack and HDMI port. The Tegra Tab will come with a stylus as well. The camera is likely to be a 5-megapixel shooter. The HDMI port hints that the resolution of the Tegra Tab is either 720p HD or 1080p Full HD. The processor is definitely the 1.8GHz Tegra 4 from NVIDIA.
The Tegra Tab is from NVIDIA shows that NVIDIA tries to work out its own hardware rather than rely on OEMs.
