A HARLEM POETRY LESSON: BY NOKIA LUMIA 1020

Back in September, we brought you news of a collaboration between famed fashion photographers Bruce Weber and David Bailey.

The two snappers spent a day in Harlem, capturing the spirit of the place and its people using the Nokia Lumia 1020.

Now the film of that occasion, directed by Weber, and with a soundtrack by Gil Scott Heron, has been released.

Weber said, of working with the Lumia 1020:

“This is the first time that I have used a mobile phone for my work. Nokia has created a smartphone which not only matches the capabilities of many high-end cameras, but in most cases surpasses them.”
