"Rostelecom" has successfully completed testing the country's first network LTE-450

Operator "Rostelecom", summarized the work test LTE mobile network in the 450 MHz band (LTE-450) deployed in the Kostroma region. Russia was among the first countries in the world decided to test the network LTE-450 at the initiative of "Rostelecom". September 3, 2013 the State Commission for Radio Frequencies (SCRF) in its decision of radio frequency bands allocated 453-457,4 463-467,4 MHz MHz and for scientific research and experimental work to determine the conditions of use of radio spectrum in the communication network to the LTE Kostroma region. In October-November 2013 "Rostelecom" three base stations deployed LTE network in Manturovo, villages and Samilova Afanasevo and spent their field tests involving residents of settlements. In early 2014, "Rostelecom" will report on the work of the lab network LTE-450 to the State Commission for Radio Frequencies (SCRF).
