For redeeming offer 'Chromebook4MbpsBundle' and 'Chromebook4Mbps3500', it is necessary for the customer to have a Wi-Fi router at his premise.
For the above plans: Concurrent logins: 3 | No of MAC address allowed: 3 | Usage bundle includes both upload and download data.
The outdoor TDN CPE used to deliver service to customer will remain property of Tikona Digital Networks and will need to be returned on exit.
If the customer decides not to continue/renew with Tikona service he/she needs to surrender the TDN CPE. In case of non-receipt of CPE/CPE in non-working condition the penalty of Rs. 1500 will be applicable.
At the time of subscription, in addition to proof of Chromebook purchase, customer needs to provide proof of identity, proof of address, photograph and other documents as prescribed by DOT/TRAI.
Customer can choose from any of Tikona data plans/recharge vouchers post expiry of free usage/promo period.
