In 2014, "Beeline" plans to further develop multi-standard network in the Kaliningrad region, including the expansion of coverage of LTE network in Kaliningrad, the development of DC-HSDPA technology outside of the city, as well as further IP-zatsiyu network in the region to pass large volumes of traffic.
