Sprint variant of the Galaxy J3 (2017) receives Bluetooth certification

On Tuesday, the long-rumored Galaxy J3 (2017) passed through the United States of America’s official certification authority, the FCC, and now a Sprint-branded variant of the handset has been granted Bluetooth certification in the region, which leads us to believe that Samsung is in the final stages of gathering the documentation required to launch a new smartphone on the open market.

The Sprint model of the Galaxy J3 (2017) that surfaced on the official Bluetooth SIG website earlier today carries the same model number as the device that made a pitstop at the FCC — SM-J327P. Unfortunately, the certification paperwork doesn’t reveal anything new about the unit, so the only information we have with regards to its specifications comes from a week-old listing on a benchmark database.
