The Russian market consoles
Prominent Analyst Firm J'son & Partners introduced a new analytical report on one of the most active segments of the Russian market entertainment and games - the market game consoles. Thus, according to the document, the first peak of popularity of game consoles in Russia took place in the mid-90's, when the efforts of companies such as Steepler, BUKA Entertainment legitimate game console market volume reached 60 million dollars. But after the 1998 crisis, they have gone into the shadow economy and for nearly a decade has been a source of income of Russian piracy.
