TI "freeze" production at several factories
Company Texas Instruments (TI) is going to temporarily close several plants in March, reports Digitimes, with reference to Taiwanese distributors of integrated circuits. It was expected that the company will suspend production at the factories, which produce solutions that are used in phones and other mobile devices.
Distributors have been notified of Integrated Circuits Texas Instruments for a more accurate assessment of the orders in the first and second quarters of this year, TI was able to accurately determine the level of demand for their products and use this to close several factories.
While Texas Instruments did not comment on this information, so they should be treated with great caution.
