Sprint "Now Hiring" at Sacramento Contact Center
Jobs are part of the company's commitment to further improve the customer experience
SACRAMENTO, Calif., -- Despite the tough economic conditions that face U.S. workers, Sprint (NYSE:S) today announced that it is looking for a few good men and women on an ongoing basis to fulfill customer service-retention positions at its Sacramento contact center this year.
The positions will be added to the 325 employees working at the contact center today. The new hires will be offered competitive salaries and benefits, including medical, dental, 401(K), performance bonuses, and participation in the employee wireless phone program.
"We're looking for passionate, confident and committed individuals who will provide a great customer experience for Sprint customers and resolve customer issues in one call," said Dianne Drever, Site Lead and General Manager of the Sprint Sacramento Contact Center. "We are centrally located in Rancho Cordova, which makes our location attractive and convenient to all of Sacramento. We're proud of our California culture and winning spirit. And, we continue to be impressed with the talented and qualified working professionals who join our team. We believe they'll be challenged by the rewarding positions at our call center as they are given the opportunity to put to use their communication, technical, and analytical skills."
