India recognition program winners unveiled
Sony Ericsson is proud to announce the seven winners of the Sony Ericsson Developer World India recognition and certification program. The award ceremony will be held on April 25, 2009 at the Great Indian Developer Summit conference and the winners qualify for the 100-day mentor program to become a Sony Ericsson Certified Developer, a true recognition of talent and paving the way to potential business opportunities with Sony Ericsson in India.
The winners are:
Create-a-card – Ram Raigopalan from 3D Solid Compression Ltd, Bangalore
Allowing a user to create personalized greeting cards – with the recipient's name and the greetings messages embedded in the card - on the mobile, capture it as an image, and send the image to the recipient using MMS.
My World – Shaheer Ahmed from Location Guru Solutions Ltd, Nagpur
Facilitating you to do things interactively in your world, around you and from your unique perspective.
CricZenga – Shabir Momin from ZengaMail Ltd, Delhi

An option that on shaking the phone in air in one direction, the key pad gets locked and in opposite direction it gets be unlocked. So no longer a need to press two keys for locking or unlocking.
