China market: CDMA handset sales up 345% on year in 1H09, says report

Sales of CDMA-enabled handsets in the China market topped 13 million units in the first half of 2009, increasing 345% from a year earlier period, according to a China-based Sina.com report.

In the first half of 2009, total handset sales in the China market reached 80.41 million units, up 7.3% on year, Sina.com said.
