MegaFon launches "Mobile PBX" for corporate customers
Mobile operator MegaFon announced the launch of services to corporate clients «Mobile PBX». At the moment the service is running in all regions except the Volga. From 1 Sept., 2009 it will become available in the entire territory of Russia.
«Mobile PBX» - is a virtual telephone exchange that brings together remote offices, regardless of their location in a network and save costs on us. Forwarding can be used either on mobile or fixed numbers in Moscow and the regions of Russia or other countries. All telephone numbers in the company has a unique four-digit number for speed dialing.
The new service allows you to define the different scenarios of service calls: automatic mode, the serial, parallel dial, a custom voice menu with the possibility of a welcome and information messages. Using web-interface client comfortable handling incoming calls, based on the needs of business and provision of statistics in the automatic mode will allow to monitor the number of calls received and processed, or waiting time in queue.
