Intermec Selects MobiControl as its Standard Mobile Device Management and Security Solution for the U.S. Department of Defense

The Department of Defense awarded Intermec an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (”IDIQ”) contract for Automatic Identification Technology (”AIT-IV contract”). Since 1988, Intermec has provided the Department of Defense and Federal government agencies with AIT technologies for asset tracking, inventory control, automated warehousing, and depot management. Intermec’s contract includes SOTI’s award-winning Device Management & Security Solution, MobiControl, to remotely troubleshoot, deploy applications, secure, protect and track Intermec Mobile Devices for AIT-IV projects that may be ordered by any Federal Agency.
