Behold II 1.6 Update - Updated 7/13/10
On June 21, an over-the-air software update began rolling out to customers for the Samsung Behold II. While most updates were successful, a small number of customers reported signal quality concerns after installing the update.
Samsung is currently revising the software update and T-Mobile has temporarily discontinued the rollout until the revised update is available.
To our customers who downloaded the update and their device is working properly, no further action is needed. To our customers who never received the update, please do not take further action. You will be notified on your device when the revised update is available to you. To customers who downloaded the update and whose signal quality was impacted, please contact T-Mobile customer care at 1-800-937-8997 for assistance.
