MTS improves customer service in retail stores

Telecommunications operator MTS said that the strategy of retail expansion and improvement of the quality of customer service opens first Russian Federal Center for processing complaints of clients.

Center opens at Smolensk, the clock will handle most of the questions that apply to subscribers of MTS showrooms - the connection of services, change of tariff plan, the issuance or renewal of contract accounts, etc. The Centre will reduce the time to find the subscriber at a shop MTS and consideration of its application.

After reaching its design capacity in June 2011, the Centre will handle about 400,000 hits per month and will cover all retail service MTS. The project was implemented within the framework of socio-economic partnership between the Administration of Smolensk region and the MTS, and will create in the region of 500 new jobs.
