Ericsson IPX Working to Deliver Superior Support Services

Improvements to our Global Support setup will provide more efficient services for our clients.

At Ericsson IPX, we are continually improving our Service Management Support platform to guarantee that all our customers receive the best level of service possible. This includes a true 24/7 setup where we have support staff answering questions for all time zones. Trials of a web support portal system are underway and it is hoped it will supplement existing email and phone channels of communication in the near future. This will ensure you get even better access and greater transparency to our customer support team, whenever you need them.

We are also in the process of a transition of US support from a standalone unit to our central support team. This will ensure our US customers receive a high-quality 24/7 service. Finally, our operations team is constantly working to increase the capacity and availability of the platform in order to meet increasingly higher demands from our customers. The time spent on service windows is one area where the difference is noticeable.
