Orange launches “Best Ideas” campaign to promote corporate offering
Orange announced the launch of a marketing campaign targeting business customers with more than 250 employees.
The “best ideas” campaign showcases the way Orange listens closely to the needs of corporate businesses, “Our best ideas are yours”, then adds its own expertise to bring those ideas to life.
The campaign, created by Proximity London, sees press, digital and direct mail drive to an online listening engine www.orange.co.uk/ideastoshare where businesses can submit ideas to tell Orange about what they’d like to see from their business communications provider.
The teams then can add some bright thinking of their own and come up with tailored solutions that match the way their customers work. DM packs feature a mirrored letter making the receiver the focal point of the letter inviting them to contribute their ideas as the person who knows exactly what their business needs are.
The ideas are displayed on the site for others to see and those ideas that are developed and brought to life will be published on the site.
One example highlighted in the campaign is the recent introduction of a new roaming offer. Dreamed up by a customer and turned into reality by their teams, Orange can now offer calls and data at the same, simple rate across the whole of Europe and the USA too1.
Max Taylor, Director Corporate Marketing said: "Our ambition in B2B is quite simple: to keep the customers we have happy with us, to win new ones and to grow the value of our business accounts.
“On top of that, we want to be known as being the operator that is easy to do business with. By asking our customers for their best ideas – and then delivering against those – I believe we'll continue to attract increasing numbers of big businesses to Orange.”
The campaign is the first corporate push for a number of years and aims to grow their presence in the business market, will be in the press & online for four weeks from Thursday with DM dropping from Monday 27th June.
