Samsung launches high-performance memory card to 4G Smartphone

The South Korean company Samsung Electronics has announced the release of high-performance for microSD memory cards with higher data transfer rates, which, according to the manufacturer, so necessary for the mobile terminals that support the fourth-generation network.

New 32 GB cards that correspond to the class rate of Class 10, support data rates for recording up to 12 Mb / s to 24 Mb / s for reading. Novelty is equipped with 32 GB of the 3-bit NAND flash memory and a 3-bit NAND controller, manufactured using 20 nm process technology.
