MTS and Vodafone extends partner program Roaming
The mobile operator MTS has announced the expansion affiliate program with Vodafone service MTS subscribers in roaming. Subscribers of MTS Group, including Ukraine, Armenia and Uzbekistan, can call a contact center MTS his country and receive services in their native language with a specially installed telephones in the salons of Vodafone in the UK.
In the near future, operators plan to expand the list of countries, which will operate a joint program of MTS and Vodafone customer care in international roaming.
Aabonenty MTS can receive informational support in Russian and English languages in the salons of Vodafone in 19 countries. Leaflets with relevant and useful information about mobile services for travelers and service while roaming in the salons are an international operator in the UK, Hungary, Germany, Greece, Spain, Italy, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Romania, Turkey, Egypt, Albania, Australia, India, Ireland, Portugal and the Czech Republic.
