U.S. court blocks sale of Samsung not
Federal Judge Lucy Koh (Lucy Koh) refused to enter the preliminary injunction on the sale of Samsung devices in the U.S.. Previously, she said that's no reason to rush there, because we are not talking about hardware, and custom patents that do not affect the actual device. In all three cases, when it came to design, Lucy Koch was unable to say anything definite. But noted that in all cases, the Apple will have to try to prove a violation of intellectual property rights. Also, the judge was not convinced that the company could not compensate for his loss, without resorting to litigation. But despite such statements, Judge Lucy Koh pointed out that, in general, but rather on the side of Apple, but not Samsung, because the latter is definitely violated the patents that protect the iPad. In her view, proponents of the Samsung, that a tablet, which would be fine and have rounded edges, are untenable. Thus, she believes that while Apple would be difficult to prove that the Galaxy Tab copy iPad, but in general it is true. She even carried so to speak, "an investigative experiment": in the beginning of the meeting she raised her head above both the tablet and asked to say how a hand. In order to answer correctly representatives took some time, said an eyewitness.
