MTS organized interconnection with the operator Telekom Austria Group

The telecommunications operator MTS has announced the establishment of the direct network interconnection with the international company Telekom Austria Group, one of the largest operators in Central and Eastern Europe.

The direct connection between MTS and Telekom Austria Group performed at the International Center of interconnection ancotel in Frankfurt-am-Main, it allows operators to arrange the direct interchange of traffic. Under the agreement, MTS will be able to carry out "landing" of its traffic in all mobile and fixed networks of Telekom Austria in the regions where the company's strategic of which is Central Europe. In turn, Telekom Austria will be able to end calls on the networks of MTS in Russia, Ukraine, Armenia and Turkmenistan.
