MTS with Yandex.Maps can improve the quality of mobile communication

The mobile operator MTS announced the launch of a joint company "Yandex" project, which discovers, in his words, a new approach to managing the quality of mobile networks in Russia. Interactive solution implemented on the basis of a map service Yandex, will allow MTS to send online messages to the operator as a connection anywhere in the country. The data obtained will be used for MTS operational optimization of network configuration and to take into account the development of the network infrastructure.

Thanks to the joint development of the MTS and Yandex, the subscribers of the operator via a mobile app Yandex will report difficulties in using mobile communications. Simply update the application in the service menu Yandex.maps go to a new section "Monitoring MTS" and specify the appropriate option: insufficient speed Internet connections, interference in conversation, the inability to get through, disconnection, no network, no access to the internet ( in this case, the message will be sent to the operator immediately after the internet signal) and others. The place where the marked difficulty is detected automatically, and the information will go immediately to the technical support of MTS.

Currently, the ability to send reviews for gadgets implemented on a mobile platform Android, as the most common in Russia. According to the results of the pilot phase of the project, which will last up to three months, a decision to expand the available platforms.
