Galaxy Golden makes official entry in Korea
The rumoured Galaxy Folder (now christened as Galaxy Golden) for the South Korean market is a reality. Samsung has announced their first Android-powered flip phone for its own market and will be available soon from SKT and KT. The device is the same as we had seen in a previous leak and is definitely better than what Samsung is offering with Hennessy in China.
The Galaxy Golden runs Android 4.2 OS and comes with Samsung’s TouchWiz UI and features like Easy Mode, S Health, business card recognition. Hardware specification include two 3.7-inch AMOLED WVGA displays, 1.7GHz dual-core processor, LTE, 8 megapixel main camera with 1.9 megapixel front-facing camera, FM Radio, 1820mAh battery.
Samsung has priced the champagne gold Galaxy Golden at 799,700 korean won.
