LG G-Flex To Be Available In USA, Europe and China, As Soon As Possible
We have to admit that even if Samsung managed to release the first smartphone equipped with a flexible display, LG is the manufacturer deserving the praise.
Unlike Samsung’s Galaxy Round, LG chose not to cut corners and not to deliver a half-assed product, just for the sake of being first. LG G Flex actually features a curved battery (Samsung is also ready to mass produce this kind of batteries, it just didn’t want to wait), a self repairing back panel (sounds SCF-FI and we’re yet to see it in action), and lo and behold, can actually be bent.
All of the above might have contributed to the Galaxy Round being only produced in limited numbers and only available in South Korea, while the LG G Flex will eventually be available in multiple regions of the world. But where and when will this exactly happen? During today’s official unveiling, in South Korea, an LG official has revealed some details regarding G Flex’s global availability, so if you’re interested, join us below.

First of all, the LG G Flex release date, in South Korea, is scheduled for November 12. But what about the rest of the world you ask? Well, questioned by the press, an LG representative has revealed that the LG G Flex will be released on a global scale, with the United States, Europe and China being among the regions where the smartphone will see the light of day.
The representative said it could not reveal the carriers and retailers that will offer the device, as the negotiations are not yet final, but assured that every arrangement will be in place “as soon as possible“.
