Here is the first pic of Mitsubishi's D905i thanks to xumdeo. This phone will be part of NTT DoCoMo's high end 905i series due this winter. The phone features a 3.1" 480x864 WVGA+ 262k and a 3.2 CCD AF camera (made by Sharp). Damn...the phone looks amazing.
