Membership update, new services for 2007

You probably already know that Sony Ericsson Developer World has the Docs & Tools, support and information that you need to create fun, innovative and useful content for Sony Ericsson mobile phones. The addition of the new Virtual Lab on-line testing service means that registered Community members can now run real-time tests on pre-commercial Sony Ericsson Java™ ME phones.

Community membership of Sony Ericsson Developer World is free and during 2007 we've added some new and cool, members-only services.

New for 2007: Virtual Lab
With Virtual Lab you can test your content on pre-commercial Sony Ericsson phones, just as if the phone is actually in your hand – in real time and with immediate results.

This on-line service enables you to remotely test on 2007 phones that are not yet commercially available, maximizing the valuable time window to perfect applications ready for the market launch of a new phone.

New for 2007: members-only "MySettings" section and personalized navigation dashboard
Registered Community members of Sony Ericsson Developer World now have a personalized way of accessing information on the Developer World web portal. Registration now enables you to create a personal navigation dashboard managed through a new members-only section called "MySettings".

The dashboard is your personalized navigation and information bar that remains with you as you use the Sony Ericsson Developer World web portal. The dashboard gives easy access to your favorite places on Developer World and offers real-time updates from your chosen discussion forums, making it easier to keep up-to-date on information that is important to you.
