About the Fellow Experts
The forum Fellow Experts are a small group of Sony Ericsson Developer World community members who have distinguished themselves in one or more of the discussion forums by their outstanding knowledge, positive attitude and sharing spirit.

Some of these individuals are Sony Ericsson employees, and in their dedication to help the developer community, have been active in the forums for quite some time.

Fellow experts will work more closely with the Developer World team to improve the support for the Sony Ericsson Developer World community. Membership of this team of forum experts is by invitation only and valid as long as the member feels they are able to contribute. We are always looking for new fellow experts to contribute to the forums, especially in areas where we currently lack experts.

The fellow experts are recognizable in forums postings and threads by their special avatar, so keep a lookout for them during your discussion sessions. You can read more about all of the Fellow Experts here>>

Alexander Traud
Username: Traud
Country of residence: Germany
Professional background: Computer Science Student
My area of interest: Java, Bluetooth™ and Data Synchronisation
Personal description: As student at the University of Ulm I try to balance practical and theoretic experience. Learning one programming language in depth helps me to understand general problems more easily as I add yet another view at the problem.

Why did you accept to be part of the fellow expert team?
Communities like the Sony Ericsson Developer World are very good resources even for experienced programmers to reach the tip of the iceberg. Giving something back to such a great resource, understanding difficult issues and learning how to explain those: definitely a win-win situation.
