The road show kicked off its activities in the Red Sea city of Jeddah this month, and will move on to the Saudi capital Riyadh and the east coast city of Khobar over the next months.
Active for 6 months, the road show aims to attract consumers all over the Kingdom. It is a great opportunity for LG to be as close to its clients as possible so that clients can interact with LG's salespeople directly and without any barriers. Through this unique experience, consumers can try for themselves an assortment of LG's wide range of products and familiarize themselves to the latest technology LG has to offer in its IT products.
Also, consumers can mix and match different LG products to try out custom applications themselves, creating their own personal suites with the exact functions they desire. Consumers will be spoiled for choice with the assortment of LG's portfolio on display, including notebooks, mobile phones, professional-grade displays, and ODD technologies.
Fun-loving consumers can experience first-hand what it feels like to play interactive games on LG's sophisticated notebooks. Those who like to stay connected and savor good memories will find exactly what they want in the road show, and that's advanced mobile phones with state-of-the-art imaging technology. They can have fun with pictures by taking their own photos with LG's latest high-resolution camera phones and printing them out right at the road show.
Consumers who love to relax and catch a movie will feel right at home when they come and try out LG's High Definition Multimedia Interface (HDMI). What they will love the most is that they won't have to worry about stuffing wires under the rug anymore: one cable does it all for them.
'We started with fantastic activities in Aziz Mall last week, and we had a great opportunity to interact with a huge number of consumers,' said Mr. Simon Lee, General Manager of LG Electronics in Saudi Arabia. 'The result was far better than we had anticipated.'
'We were carious about perceptions and feedback from consumers in the Kingdom, but we have had astonishingly successful results so far, and we look forward to meeting the same success in the Kingdom's other regions.'
Mr. H C Lee - IT product Manager, said that with the road show, LG shows how keen it is to satisfy the sensibilities of its customers by bringing the products to them instead of them going to LG, 'We try to get closer to our consumers in Saudi Arabia by being near them in major public locations, so as to provide consumers with the opportunity to feel and experience LG's wide range of IT products and update them on the latest of LG's technologies', said Mr. Lee.
