JSC "AKADO" announced the completion of the transaction to acquire one of the largest Internet providers Ekaterinburg "Olympus NSP". A transaction effected through the acquisition of 99.93% of the authorized capital of OOO "Olympus NSP".
Ltd. "Olympus NSP" provides Internet access since 1996 and covers about 200 thousand apartments in Yekaterinburg. The total number of subscribers is over 30 thousand. "Olympus" is the second largest Internet provider in Yekaterinburg, took a monopoly position in two major areas of the city and has all necessary licenses for communication services for data transmission and telematic services.
