HP Company is not satisfied with his position in the market Communicators
At a press conference on the opening of the company's HP in Belarus held in Minsk on 23 September, Director of HP personal computer systems in the CIS Sergei Plaksin said that the company HP must either enter the three leaders to produce communicators, or leave the business.
The emphasis, as before, the company will do to business users and corporate segment. So soon it will become clear whether HP will remain among the producers of communicators, or this direction will be closed. Earlier the company had ceased production of digital cameras.
According to interim results of the HP partner network in the Republic of Belarus in 2008 in virtually all areas of the company is growing at 47%. Subsidiary IOOO «Hewlett-Packard Bel», registered in the territory of the Republic of Belarus, has three pillars:
Group of technological solutions (TSG) - products for businesses, including storage devices and servers, services and software;
Group of personal computer systems (PSG) - PCs for consumers and businesses, mobile computing devices and workstations;
Team printing devices and image processing (IPG) - Fluid, laser and commercial printing supplies for printing, digital photography and entertainment.
