Verizon Wireless And Mobitween Add 10 New Games To Mobigamz Mobile Gaming Portal On Verizon Wireless Phones

SAN FRANCISCO, CA, BASKING RIDGE, NJ, and PARIS, FRANCE — From CTIA WIRELESS I.T. & Entertainment 2008 in San Francisco, Verizon Wireless, builder and operator of the nation’s most reliable wireless voice and data network, and Mobitween, a leading developer and publisher of Flash®-based games for the mobile and online worlds, announced Verizon Wireless customers can now access 10 additional games on Mobigamz, a Flash® Lite™-based mobile gaming portal that allows customers to download, play, rate and post high scores on their Verizon Wireless phones.

With Mobigamz, Verizon Wireless customers can choose the hottest Flash games from a current catalogue of sport, arcade, puzzle and board categories. Mobigamz are specifically designed for mobile and are very intuitive to play with simple joystick-keystroke interactivity, multiple levels and game session storing. Games include:

•“YamZ” – Players roll the dice alone or play against an opponent.
•“ReverZi” – “ReverZi” is similar to “Othello.”
•“Sudoku Master 1,” “Sudoku Master 2” and “Sudoku Master 3” – Each feature 30 grids, “Sudoku Master 1” grids are from easy to master levels, “Sudoku Master 2” grids are from medium to hard levels, while “Sudoku Master 3” grids are from hard to master levels.
•“Solitaire” – The famous “Solitaire” game where players jump over blobs throughout the game’s 20 levels.
•“Words of Fear” – The famous “Hangman” game where players need to beware of Jaws the shark.
•“Axe of Terror” – Players throw the axes as close as possible to the daredevil and get the best score.
•“Saint Patrick’s Day” – Players help the Irish waiter serve beer to patrons, but only to those who have placed an order…all while trying not to get fired.

Mobigamz is available on a number of popular Get It Now-capable phones, including the MOTORAZR™ V3c, MOTORAZR V3m and the MOTOKRZR™ K1m; the LG VX8100, LG VX8300, LG V, LG enV™ and the LG Chocolate™; the Samsung SCH-a930 and the Samsung SCH-a950; and more to come soon.
