Maltese cable operator Melita, which provides entertainment and telecommunications services, has introduced technology for mobile broadband HSPA and thus became the world's first provider of four types of services: Internet, TV, fixed telephony and mobile broadband. As an integrator of the operator chose the company Ericsson, which has successfully implemented the project.

The decision will allow the company to Ericsson Melita-to-market new services quickly and at minimal cost, with the existing network infrastructure will be optimized.
