BankID for mobile phones: mobile banking in the SIM

The Norwegian company Telenor, which has recently been increasingly appears in the local news, related primarily to the scandals surrounding its share of Vympelcom, today introduced a product called BankID for mobile phones. This solution is a combination of electronic signatures and electronic identification, whose elements of the security placed directly on the SIM-card. BankID for mobile phones will allow residents to use the Norwegian banking and payment services, regardless of where they are: at home or outside the home country.
